How we help
We work with you to provide your tenants with everything they need to feel confident. Each step of the way our team works with you to provide a full range of services. From tenant referencing where we contact the potential tenants and acquire the relevant information to perform a full reference check; from income/employment checks, previous landlord references, credit checks and more.
Our services are available to any landlord, whether you require referencing only or want to combine multiple services. We focus on providing you with the best solution and service.
Customised services
We have a range of services available, we have worked to ensure each service is as customisable as possible as we understand that each agent, landlord, and tenant is different.
If you need a speedy response on a reference we have the report delivered to you instantly, within 1 hour, 24 hours or 48 hours (subject to referee availability) and you can also decide whether you want an "instant"report which is simply a credit check or a "full" tenant reference which is much more in depth and comprehensive.
Our specialist warranty service is like no other, we offer the reassurance that you will still receive a payment when the tenant defaults on their rent. Smart Rental Protection or Smart Rental Protection+ is there for your peace of mind.
